Our REDI Site Pipeline Is Growing

Norfolk Southern has expanded its REDI Sites portfolio to 24 locations across its 22-state network, with new designations spanning the Midwest and Southeast. These REDI Sites are development-ready industrial locations validated through a national standard created with the Site Selectors Guild that assesses infrastructure, feasibility, ownership, and workforce readiness.

The program helps companies make rapid location decisions while enabling communities to better compete for investment and job creation opportunities.
